KB014 - Service Unavailable error message when trying to download

Symptoms

A "Service Unavailable" error message appears while trying to download the Home Inventory Pro installatiion file or free trial.

Cause

Occasionally, the download server needs to be rebooted after system maintenance or software installation. If you attempt to download the Home Inventory Pro installation file while the server is begin rebooted you will see the "Service Unavailable" error message. Also, if the download server is experiencing technical problems you might see the same error message.

Resolution

We monitor all of our servers daily. Once we are aware of the problem the issue can usually be resolved in a matter of minutes.

Status

There are no known issues with our download server at this time.
